Young Minds (Out in The Open) Staff Charity Event

Staff at Radyr are taking part in the Young Minds (Out in The Open) Charity Event where we are all trying to ensure we walk over 300,000 steps in June.

Young Minds is a charity that support young people with their Mental Health. We are raising vital funds to bring the conversation about young people’s mental health out in the open.

Curriculum for Wales / Cwricwlwm i Gymru

From September 2022, a new curriculum for Year 7 was introduced. This has been developed by teachers to suit the needs of our learners.

We have sought the views of all partners and will continue to review provision during its roll out and in the future.

If your child is absent for any reason, please only contact the school via email at If email is not readily available then please telephone the attendance line on 0292 0845121. Please do not do both.

There is no need to contact your child’s form tutor, teacher or the key stage office as we will inform them accordingly.
